Welcome to Barefoot Dance Studios. Since 2007, we’ve proudly served the Rapid City community with an inclusive, supportive approach to dance education. At Barefoot, we value respect, trust the process, and foster a strong sense of community while encouraging every dancer to explore their creativity.

We offer year-round classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop and more for dancers of all ages and abilities. Whether your child is dancing recreationally or pursuing more advanced training, our programs are designed to help them grow with confidence.

We believe in treating every student with equal respect, setting the standard for success in dance and life outside the studio. We recognize the importance of family time, personalized attention, integrity in our practices, and meeting each dancer's unique needs. Our instructors are always available to discuss your child's progress. We instill a culture of respect that encourages punctuality, appropriate attire, and positive interactions with both instructors and peers.

LOVE LOVE LOVE BAREFOOT. My daughter is old enough to take classes now and we love it. Miss Ashley is a rockstar, the absolute best, and meets your child where they are while maintaining the utmost professionalism teaching my daughter dance etiquette, and always fostering kindness. We have found a comfortable, inviting, studio that has welcomed us and made us feel perfectly at home.
